General Hearings & Mediation Schedule
The general hearings and mediations schedule of the State Office of Administrative Hearings is available as an Adobe PDF download. The schedule includes all general hearings and mediations scheduled as of 4:30 PM the previous business day. Please reference the Driver's License Hearings Schedule for the schedule of all driver's license hearings.
For cases being heard next week, the General Docket will be updated every Friday to show hearing room assignments and to show judge assignments, for cases where a judge has not previously been assigned.
Most proceedings listed on the General Docket are currently being conducted by Zoom videoconference at this time. If you are member of the general public or the media interested in attending an open hearing, please contact the SOAH Chief Clerk's Office at 512.475.4993 at least 24 hours in advance of the hearing to arrange for your attendance.

Open the link to SOAH's General Hearing or Mediation Schedule

When prompted, enter the username and password soah in lower case letters as shown below and then click Sign in.

Select the report title you wish to search.
- For the General Docket Number Search, enter your Case Number/Docket Number and then click the View Report button in the far upper right corner of the page.

For the General Docket Date Search, enter the Hearing Date and then click the View Report button in the far upper right corner of the page.
