  • Format: This is a hearing convened in person but also available for participation via videoconference.

NOTE TO ATTENDEES: The hearing does not provide an opportunity for public comment or general participation. A contested case hearing is a formal legal proceeding conducted by one or more Administrative Law Judges (ALJs). While these hearings are generally open to the public, they are governed by strict procedural rules regarding appearances, evidence and testimony, similar to a court of law. To ensure a fair and impartial process, the presiding judges will maintain strict order and decorum throughout the proceedings.
