Court Reporter Instructions

If you provide court reporting services for referring agencies for cases at the State Office of Administrative Hearings, please follow these instructions for submitting transcripts/exhibits.

Organization of Admitted Exhibits:

Exhibits admitted at the hearing should be clearly labeled to identify the parties (e.g., Pet. 1 Ex. 1, App. Ex. 1, Resp. Ex. 1, etc.) and organized by party in readily identifiable folders (e.g., Applicant Admitted Exhibits, Petitioner Admitted Exhibits, etc.).

Transcript/Exhibit Transmittal:

Use the following Kiteworks link to submit transcript(s) and/or exhibit(s) to the agency’s records team: https://soah.kiteworks.com/form/records.
